'Dum Laga Ke Haisha' is a better version of 'Naseeb Apna Apna': Rishi Kapoor

MUMBAI: Bollywood actor Rishi Kapoor says the Ayushmann Khurrana-Bhumi Pednekar starrer film ' Dum Laga Ke Haisha' reminds him of his 1986 family entertainer ' Naseeb Apna Apna'.

The 62-year-old 'Agneepath' star, however, says the Yash Raj Films' latest production is better than his film.

"Dam laga ke haisha is a better version of my film Naseeb Apna Apna. Remember the curved 'choti' of the village girl? Me forced to marry?," he tweeted along with a scene's picture from the film.

"See the curved choti lol. This is Naseeb Apna Apna. Radhika, Farha Naz (Tabus sister)and myself. Was a successful film," he adds.

Both 'Dum Laga Ke Haisha' and 'Naseeb Apna Apna' share the same plot of the male lead forced by his family to marry a girl not of his choice.
