Droom employees bust stress with 250 pastries and 30 one-kg cakes!

Some bonding activities, which start on a lark, quickly become yearly rituals. Employees of Gurgaon-based used vehicles marketplace Droom experienced something similar recently. The company had its second ‘cake smashing’ party, following a highly successful first one last year. The brainchild of founder Sandeep Aggarwal, around 250 pastries and 30 one kilo cakes were used to smear faces, including the management team. While the employee strength has increased from last years’ 80 to 180, 10 teams of 18 people each took the cake smashing to a new high.

Apparently, the highest participation was from women employees. Some stress buster this has become.
