Don’t judge a cranium by its covering: As hair today can be gone tomorrow, phalacrosis intolerance is unacceptable
A Mumbai man who hid his baldness has been slapped with a breach of trust case by his wife.

While such cases have been reported abroad too, this bride may have been inspired by the hit Bollywood comedy last year centred on phalacrosis intolerance in which the screen couple did end up divorcing. But, hopefully, this real-life pair will get the film’s underlying message that hair-splitting about appearances is unnecessary.
Given that sports stars do opt for hairless hairstyles, it is unfortunate that an artificial intelligence (AI)-aided camera used by a Scottish football club to track the ball during games focused on a referee’s bald pate instead, last week. How programmers failed to pass on the knowledge of the difference between a smooth, rounded cranium and an inflated leather sphere is worth investigating. They had no reason to feel apprehensive about AI getting a head of itself.
