Do as many different routines as possible: Gaurav Natekar, CEO, Mahesh Bhupathi Tennis Academies
Gaurav Natekar explains why it is important to mix it up when it comes to a workout schedule.

When I am in Pune, I play football twice a week. Yoga is something I do three times a week and this includes traditional yoga, pilates as well as power yoga. Once a week, I go swimming or running with my children. My aim is to work out about six times a week.
Out & about When I am travelling, it’s usually a workout session in the gym or more often than not, I get a good session with some of the children at the Mahesh Bhupathi Tennis Academies (MBTA) Center.

Tennis all the way Tennis is of course my first love and football is my current love. It gives me a lot of joy when I see the students training and doing well at the sport that has given me so much.
Diet habits I do not believe in following a drastic diet of any sort which is quite an unhealthy trend right now. I eat everything in moderation and binge on the weekends.
