Divine intervention: Aishwarya Rai Bachchan visits Siddhivinayak temple on her 49th birthday

This year, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan sashayed down the red carpet in a black Dolce and Gabbana ball gown with a band of 3D floral motifs on one side of the dress and on the sleeve. She kept her makeup simple for the evening as she picked a mauve lip color, and sported a sleek yet simplistic hairstyle.

The actress completed her look with dangling gemstone studded earrings. She was on the red carpet to attend the screening of Tom Cruise’s upcoming film, 'Top Gun: Maverick'.

While Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was grace personified on the hallowed steps, she took some time out to catch up with her old friend and Hollywood actress Eva Longoria. The two actresses, who are also brand ambassadors of L'Oréal, were seen laughing candidly as the shutterbugs clicked on.

Earlier in the day, during a photocall, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan opted for a hot pink Valentino pantsuit. The actress looked beautiful in the bright number. The outfit had a drill blazer and came with a same coloured chic pants. Bachchan kept her hair poker straight for the look.
