A sense of style comes genetically to Andrea Rosso, son of Diesel founder Renzo Rosso. As the company’s head of licensing and future frontrunner, Rosso must naturally have his definition of luxury down pat, but it is not something one might imagine.

“Luxury today is time. Time to be on your own and to relax, to dedicate to yourself,” says Rosso.

And he is clearly a man of quality time, as was apparent when asked to name five items a man should own. A good book topped his list. “It should be everything that has to do with dynamism: a nice book, shoes, bags, and of course a pair of pants and a T-shirt,” Rosso said
