While speaking about the scene, Rajat described the level of preparation required to bring authenticity to such an intense sequence. He explained that he had approached the director with a concern about performing emotional expressions while wearing contact lenses, as it made crying more difficult. However, the guidance he received from Aditya Dhar helped shape his performance. The director asked the actors to imagine a deeply personal loss, likening Rehman Dakait to a father figure within the gang. This perspective encouraged them to channel genuine grief, as though they were mourning the loss of someone extremely close."So, how would you feel when your father dies? You have to bring the same feelings and emotions. Cry as your father has died.." he recalled.
Rajat further shared that the director wanted every individual present in the frame to reflect the same depth of sorrow. The intention was to ensure that each character conveyed the emotional weight of losing a loved one. This collective effort resulted in a scene where even supporting actors left a strong impression, something audiences clearly appreciated.
