Fans in India are eagerly waiting for the digital debut of Dhurandhar: The Revenge, one of the biggest Bollywood blockbusters in recent years. Directed by Aditya Dhar, the spy-action thriller created massive buzz with its box office performance both in India and overseas. Starring Ranveer Singh in the lead role, the film continues to dominate conversations even weeks after its theatrical release. On May 15, JioHotstar officially announced that Dhurandhar: The Revenge - Raw and Uncut will premiere digitally on June 4, 2026. Meanwhile, according to a report by 123Telugu, rumours suggest that Netflix may also release the film in India on June 19, 2026.



However, reports indicate that the Netflix version for Indian audiences could feature only the censored theatrical cut approved for the domestic market, unlike the uncensored international version already available overseas.

The upcoming OTT release is expected to be available in multiple language versions, including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada, considering the film’s massive pan-India popularity. While the streaming platforms are yet to officially confirm all dubbed versions, fans across the country are eagerly waiting to experience the action thriller from home.

Dhurandhar: The Revenge features Ranveer Singh in one of the most intense roles of his career. The actor plays R&AW operative Jaskirat Singh Rangi, who secretly lives under the identity of Hamza Ali Mazari inside Karachi’s dangerous Lyari region. The film combines espionage, politics, undercover operations and emotional drama on a grand cinematic scale.

Director Aditya Dhar reportedly drew inspiration from several real-life events, including the 26/11 Mumbai attacks, the Lyari gang wars and the impact of demonetisation. These elements helped shape the film’s gritty narrative and high-stakes action sequences, which became major talking points among audiences.

Apart from Ranveer Singh, the movie also stars R. Madhavan, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, Rakesh Bedi and Sara Arjun in important roles. The ensemble cast received praise for their performances, especially in the emotionally charged and action-heavy scenes.



The Dhurandhar franchise had already built a strong fan base with the first film, released in 2025. Despite being available internationally online, Dhurandhar 2 continues to perform strongly in Indian theatres. According to Sacnilk report, the film earned Rs 74 lakh on Day 60 across more than 430 shows. Its total India net collection now stands at Rs 1371.57 crore, while worldwide gross earnings have reportedly reached around Rs 1798.24 crore.

With record-breaking collections, strong word of mouth and growing anticipation around its OTT release, Dhurandhar: The Revenge remains one of the most talked-about Indian films of the year.
