Ranveer Singh in Dhurandhar 2
The blockbuster sequel Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge, featuring Ranveer Singh in the lead, maintained its impressive theatrical momentum as it stepped into its fourth week with only a slight decline in earnings. Directed by Aditya Dhar, the action-packed spy drama collected approximately ₹6.70 crore net on its 23rd day from a massive 8,492 screenings across India as per a Sacnilk. com report. It is a further dip from it's Thursday collection which was Rs 7.15 crore. With this, the film’s domestic gross climbed to ₹1,263.26 crore, while the net total stood at ₹1,055.12 crore, reaffirming its blockbuster status.

On its fourth Friday, which marked Day 23, the film experienced a marginal dip of around 6.3% compared to the previous day’s ₹7.15 crore collection. Despite this minor slowdown, the film showed remarkable consistency. Theatre occupancy rates offered encouraging signs, rising from 12.3% on Thursday to 13.2% on Friday. This upward trend indicated a gradual increase in audience turnout as the film approached the weekend, suggesting that another surge in collections was likely.

Earlier, the film had wrapped up its third week on a strong note with earnings of ₹110.60 crore. The steady performance at the beginning of the fourth week hinted at continued audience interest and the potential for higher weekend numbers. The Hindi version remained the primary contributor to the film’s earnings, generating ₹6.50 crore on Day 23 alone, with an average occupancy of 13% across more than 8,100 shows.

Among regional versions, the Telugu release led the southern markets, earning around ₹9 lakh from over 200 screenings with an occupancy rate of 14%. The Tamil version followed, collecting roughly ₹7 lakh while recording a significantly higher occupancy of 34% despite fewer shows. The Kannada version added close to ₹3 lakh with a 17% turnout, whereas the Malayalam version, though screened only in a handful of theatres, registered the highest occupancy at 46% and contributed about ₹1 lakh to the total.

Internationally, the film continued to perform steadily, adding ₹2 crore on Day 23. Its global box office earnings reached an impressive ₹1,671.26 crore, including ₹408 crore from overseas markets.

Serving as the concluding chapter of the Dhurandhar franchise, the film features a powerful ensemble cast including Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, R. Madhavan, and others. The narrative follows an undercover Indian intelligence operative navigating dangerous criminal networks and political landscapes in Karachi, while seeking justice for past terror incidents and confronting larger cross-border threats.
