Dhurandhar 2 box office collection day-wise
According to early estimates from trade tracker Sacnilk, the film collected around Rs 25.30 crore net in India on Day 12, running across 17,614 shows nationwide. The strong weekday performance reflects the film’s sustained audience interest and repeat viewership, particularly in urban centres and multiplex chains. With this latest addition, Dhurandhar 2 has taken its total India net collection to Rs 872.17 crore, while the India gross has crossed Rs 1,042.23 crore. The film has been setting new benchmarks almost every day since its release, steadily climbing past several long-standing box office records.
The overseas market has also contributed significantly to the film’s success. On Day 12, Dhurandhar 2 added Rs 8 crore internationally, pushing its total overseas gross to Rs 350 crore. This strong performance in global markets, especially in North America, the Middle East and Australia, has helped the film maintain its momentum worldwide.
Combining domestic and international earnings, the film’s worldwide gross now stands at Rs 1,392.23 crore, putting it within striking distance of the Rs 1,400 crore mark. If the current trend continues, the film is expected to cross this milestone within the next day or two, further cementing its place among the highest-grossing Indian films of all time.
One of the film’s biggest achievements so far has been its performance in India, where it has overtaken several major blockbusters. Dhurandhar 2 has now surpassed the lifetime India collections of Yash’s KGF: Chapter 2, which had earned Rs 859.70 crore, making the Aditya Dhar directorial one of the top earners in the country. It has also moved ahead of SS Rajamouli’s RRR (Rs 782.20 crore) and the futuristic epic Kalki 2898 AD (Rs 646 crore), underlining its widespread appeal across regions.
In the Hindi belt as well, the film has delivered record-breaking numbers. It has crossed the Hindi collections of Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2: The Rise, which stood at Rs 812.14 crore, highlighting the film’s strong hold in North Indian markets and its pan-India reach.
More about Dhurandhar 2
The film has also rewritten history overseas. In North America, Dhurandhar 2 has become the highest-grossing Indian film in the region, breaking a nine-year record previously held by Baahubali 2: The Conclusion. The film crossed the $22 million mark in under 10 days, setting a new benchmark for Indian releases in the USA and Canada. However, the film’s run has not been without controversy. Recently, a viral image circulating on social media appeared to show Ranveer Singh’s character, Hamza, smoking while wearing a turban, which led to criticism from certain groups. Addressing the issue, director Aditya Dhar clarified in a statement that the image was not from the film or any official promotional material released by the team. He urged audiences to rely only on verified content and not be misled by doctored or unauthorised visuals.
Apart from Ranveer Singh, the film also stars Sara Arjun, Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, R Madhavan and Rakesh Bedi in key roles. Set against the gritty backdrop of Karachi’s Lyari, the story follows an Indian intelligence operative who infiltrates the underworld to dismantle a dangerous terror network.
With strong word of mouth, impressive weekday collections and continued dominance in overseas territories, Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge shows no signs of slowing down. Stay tuned!
