After ruling the box office and emerging as one of the biggest Indian blockbusters in recent years, Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge is preparing for another major milestone. The Ranveer Singh-led spy action thriller continues to attract attention months after its theatrical release, thanks to its massive collections, high-octane action sequences and expanding fan base. The latest development concerns the film's digital release. While Dhurandhar: The Revenge has already been streaming on JioHotstar in India since June 4, Netflix India is now set to add the blockbuster sequel to its catalogue from June 19.




According to earlier reports by 123Telugu, Netflix India was expected to bring the international cut of the film to audiences, and that update is now becoming a reality.

The makers dropped a small glimpse on social media as the movie is expected to arrive on the platform with its original unmuted audio and will be available in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam. The international version has already been streaming on Netflix in overseas markets.

A bigger digital reach for the blockbuster

The arrival of Netflix gives the film a second major streaming platform and significantly expands its digital footprint. Industry observers believe the move could help the action thriller reach viewers who either missed it in theatres or want to experience the uncut version that has generated considerable buzz among fans.

Directed by Aditya Dhar, Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge reportedly earned more than Rs 1,790 crore worldwide, following the strong performance of the first film in the franchise. The Dhurandhar franchise revolves around a high-stakes espionage mission. In the first film, Hamza infiltrates Pakistan's Lyari region to dismantle a terror network.
