Deep Trivedi (L) was presented an award by actress Raveena Tandon (R).
In his book 'I am Krishna', Deep Trivedi, author and pioneer in spiritual psychodynamics, delves into the life and psychology of Krishna, a cowherd who became the king of Dwarka.
A pioneer in spiritual psychodynamics, Deep Trivedi is a renowned speaker, an author of numerous best-selling books, life coach and, most importantly, a catalyst of change. As a speaker, Trivedi has given lectures and conducted workshops for more than 500 hours on subjects related to human life and psychology. He also holds national and international records, the most noteworthy being ‘Maximum Lectures on The Bhagavad Gita, spanning 168 hours.
His psychological work on The Bhagavad Gita has earned him an honorary doctorate. His book 'I am The Mind' has sold over one-and-a-half lakh copies and has been published in nine national and international languages. Trivedi says, “It is every human being’s birth right to live a beautiful life and it can be achieved by setting the mind right and aligning oneself with the laws of nature.”
'I am Krishna' cover Trivedi believes that Krishna’s life and The Bhagavad Gita are the greatest and most precious gifts to the world. But, by linking Krishna’s life with miracles and stories, people have lost the essence that could have otherwise transformed their lives. So, after carefully sieving through available scriptures and conducting extensive research, Trivedi has penned I am Krishna.
The book explains Krishna’s psychology and evolution from a simple cowherd boy to the king of Dwarka. It chronicles Krishna’s life in detail, along with his thought process for each action, his reflections and his psychological evolution with each experience, which led to his transformation inside out. I am Krishna has been nominated for the Crossword Book Award in the ‘Best Popular Non-Fiction’ category for the year 2018.
The book, says Trivedi, provides answers to all the questions related to human life and the laws of nature. Two volumes of the six-volume series have already been published. Emphasising on why everyone should read I am Krishna, Trivedi says, “Krishna is the greatest psychologist in history.
