‘Dancing With the Stars’ season 35 week 5 results: Here’s who got eliminated as Jenna Dewan and Ezra Frech tie for top score on Super Bowl Night

"Dancing With the Stars" presented a night filled with elements of football, celebrity guests, and an exciting elimination round in its fifth week of competition on October 13. The "Super Bowl Night" episode of season 35 paid homage to the great Super Bowl halftime show music.

Jenna Dewan and her pro partner Val Chmerkovskiy, along with Paralympian Ezra Frech and Daniella Karagach scored the maximum points on this night, earning 36/40 each, as per The Hollywood Reporter.

Amber Glenn and Pasha Pashkov followed with 34 points. Maura Higgins and Mark Ballas, Julia Stiles and Ezra Sosa, and Harry Shum Jr. and Jenna Johnson each received 33 points.


Jackson Olson and Emma Slater scored 31, Tyler Cameron and Sharna Burgess earned 30, and Tatyana Ali and Jan Ravnik received 29. Connor Wood and Rylee Arnold scored 25, while Guillermo Rodriguez and Witney Carson received 22 points for their Salsa performance to Bad Bunny’s “Tití Me Preguntó.”

The night ended with Rodriguez, best known for his appearances on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, leaving the ballroom alongside professional dancer Carson.

Reflecting on his experience, Rodriguez said: “I had a lot of fun. It was great.” He also expressed affection for his partner, telling her, “Witney, I love you for teaching me how to dance.”

Carson, who is pregnant, thanked Rodriguez for making the season enjoyable and for being considerate of her throughout their partnership.

Joe Buck joins the judges for Super Bowl Night

Joe Buck from ESPN was the guest judge in this episode, together with Carrie Ann Inaba, Derek Hough and Bruno Tonioli. The episode also featured former NFL players and past contestants, including Emmitt Smith, Donald Driver, DeMarcus Ware and Danny Amendola.

Now that Super Bowl Night is done, the participants have to focus on the coming challenge that may affect the leader board again.
