CRED boss Kunal Shah's scientific explanation on how to be a strategic leader
The top boss said that leaders capable of controlling emotions can develop second order thinking.

Trying to explain what makes a strategic leader, the 43-year-old serial entrepreneur took help of scientific jargon.
In his post, he said that leaders who are capable of controlling their emotions and urges to react to unpleasant events can easily develop second order thinking.
Second order thinking or effect is referred to an individual's ability to make a decision based on the cause-and-effect factor. When a person makes a certain decision thinking about its multiple consequences, it is called the cause-and-effect factor.
Furthermore, the Freecharge founder stressed that people who lead without being emotional 'rarely become strategic leaders'.
