The Bangtan Boys Group, popularly known as BTS, bagged two major awards at the Billboards. The 7-member Korean group won the Top duo/group and Top social artist awards. They also teamed up with Hasley to display the first-ever live performance of 'Boy With Luv'.

Ariana Grande was honoured with the Top female artist award. She also bagged the Chart Achievement award. The 25-year-old also took to the stage to display a stunning performance of '7 Rings' from her latest album.

Rapper, singer and songwriter Juice Wrld took home the top new artist award at the 2019 Billboards.

The Top Hot 100 song category award was taken home by Cardi B for the song 'Girls Like You'. The song written by Maroon 5 featured the American rap star who, dressed in a purple outfit, stepped on stage to accept the honour.

The Top R&B artist award was bagged by Ella Mai. The 24-year-old was nominated for as many as eight categories at the big award night.

American production duo, The Chainsmokers, took home the Top dance/electronic artist award.

Singer and songwriter Luke Combs won three awards at the 2019 Billboards. The 29-year-old bagged the Top Country album award for 'This One's For You' and the Top artist and Top Country Male artist awards. Combs also took to the stage with Brooks & Dunn to display a performance on 'Brand New Man'.

The top rock artist award was taken home by Imagine Dragons. Ozuna dominated the Latin cult at the awards. He bagged the Top Latin artist award.

Contemporary Christian music singer and songwriter Lauren Daigle stunned fans with a performance on 'You Say'. The 27-year-old took home the Top Christian artist award.

Tasha Cobbs Leonard bagged the Top gospel artist award this year. 'Perfect' singer Ed Sheeran, on the other hand, took home the Top touring artist award.

Mariah Carey, on the other hand, was honoured with the Icon Award this year.

The 2019 Billboard Awards red carpet witnessed some of the top names of the industry walk hand in hand with their better halves. Newlyweds Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas were one of the few couples captured by shutterbugs at the event. Following them were Kevin Jonas and his wife Danielle Jonas.

Dressed in a yellow outfit, Cardi B also attracted eyeballs as she walked in with Offset.
