Clockwork routine, daily nap remain Andre Miller's secret to success
Miller has missed only three games in his 17-year-long career due to injuries.

Miller said, “I would wake, have breakfast and head to practice, which would be followed by a nap. In 20 years, I must have skipped a nap barely 10 times. I would not function without it.”
A strenuous sport like basketball puts the body through a lot, which is why during off season, Miller lets his body rest completely, a habit everyone should adopt, he said.
“While I religiously stuck to my routine, I let my body adjust and take its course at the end of the season. Even today, when I feel my body is tired, I let it rest.”
