How did Presley Gerber die?

Presley died on September 20 at a rehabilitation facility in Santa Monica, California. He was 27.

According to the Associated Press, records from the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner confirmed his death at the facility.

The Santa Monica Police Department said it was investigating his death as a suspected overdose. Police also said there was no indication of foul play.

Presley Gerber had spoken openly about mental health and drug use

The BBC reported that Presley had followed his mother and sister into modelling. He made his runway debut for Italian fashion label Moschino at age 16. He later worked with brands including Burberry, Dolce & Gabbana and Bottega Veneta.

He also appeared alongside Crawford in a 2018 Pepsi Super Bowl commercial. Presley was the older brother of Kaia, a model and actor, and the son of Crawford and businessman Rande Gerber.
