What has Diamond Brown alleged about Chris Brown?

In documents obtained by TMZ, Diamond claimed Brown becomes “extremely angry” when she begins dating other men following their split. She alleged that the singer made death threats against her most recent boyfriend and his twin brother, and claimed that third parties had also been involved in making threats. Diamond further alleged that a previous relationship also ended because of what she described as Brown’s harassment.


“I should not be left to be scared to move on with my life because of Chris’s anger and resentment,” she said in the court filing, according to TMZ. She also described the alleged behaviour as “harassing” and “disturbing my peace”, saying it had left her feeling frightened. Diamond claimed she had attempted to resolve the matter through lawyers rather than immediately seeking a restraining order. According to her filing, her attorney had contacted Brown’s lawyer about the issue as early as March, asking him to stop the alleged behaviour.

Diamond Brown also claims social media harassment

The allegations extend beyond Diamond’s relationships. She claimed Brown had attempted to harass her through social media and described an alleged confrontation at their daughter's birthday party as inappropriate, particularly because Lovely was present. Diamond told the court that she had tried to avoid seeking a domestic-violence restraining order, saying she hoped Brown would agree to stop the alleged conduct. At present, she is not seeking a restraining order, according to the documents reported by TMZ.
