That's right. The business leader had a pragmatic view on failure in life, and how it is often a natural fallout of takign risks.
The founder and CEO of OYO, in a short 2-line post summarised that everything has the risk of failure - be it life, career or running a start-up. The 28-year-old further added that the fastest way to learning is to fail.
However, he also warned that the fastest way to fail is to not learn from your fall at all.
"Failure ka risk toh har jagah hai. Life mein, career mein, startup mein (The risk of failure is everywhere, be it life, career or start-up). The fast way to learn is to fail but the fastest way to fail is to not learn at all," the businessman wrote, urging his followers on LinkedIn to "choose their battles wisely."
Earlier, the CEO had shared his two-bits on gathering insight and underlined the need for founders to get to the ground and gather input.
