Chiranjeevi buys a mega Rs 16 crore property in Ooty. What the superstar plans to do

Telugu superstar Chiranjeevi recently purchased a sprawling 6-acre property on a serene hilltop in Ooty, Tamil Nadu. As per a report by 123 Telugu.com, the ‘Indra’ star has spent a whopping Rs 16 crore on this prime piece of land. The property is situated in an area renowned for its breathtaking views and sprawling tea gardens, making it a highly desirable destination for many celebrities and business elites.

According to the report, Ram Charan, son of Chiranjeevi, along with his wife Upasana, has already visited the site and contributed to the design plans for a lavish farmhouse that is set to be constructed there. The development of the farmhouse is expected to commence soon. Chiranjeevi's ventures into real estate are not new, as he already owns a farmhouse in Devanahalli, near Kempegowda International Airport. The star often spends extravagant holidays there with his family during festive seasons.

On the professional front, Chiranjeevi is currently engaged in his upcoming mega socio-fantasy film 'Vishwambhara', directed by Mallidi Vassishta. The film is slated for release during the Sankranti festival on January 10, 2025. The movie stars Trisha Krishnan as the leading lady, with Kunal Kapoor, Ashika Ranganath, and Meenakshi Chaudhary playing prominent roles.
