If you’re planning a quiet weekend at home and wondering what to stream next, this week’s OTT lineup has a little bit of everything, wrestling drama, investigative thrillers, emotional family stories and even an international crime mystery. Malayalam cinema continues to expand its digital footprint, with several new titles arriving across major streaming platforms.

Malayalam OTT releases of this week:

Chatha Pacha – Netflix
Chatha Pacha brings an unusual and energetic story to the screen. Inspired by the larger-than-life world of WWE-style wrestling, the film follows three childhood friends in Kochi who decide to create their own underground wrestling show. What begins as a shared obsession slowly turns into a serious pursuit, as they organise local matches while dealing with personal struggles, friendships and rivalries. The film features performances by Arjun Ashokan, Roshan Mathew, Vishak Nair, Ishan Shoukath and veteran star Mammootty (in a cameo role). It premieres on Netflix on February 19, 2026.

Amos Alexander – Sun NXT
After a relatively quiet theatrical run in November 2025, Amos Alexander is now set for its digital debut. Headlined by Aju Varghese, the thriller promises a gripping narrative supported by strong performances, including that of Jaffer Idukki. The film will start streaming on Sun NXT from February 20, 2026. Viewers will also have the option of English subtitles, making it accessible to a wider audience.

Paathirathri – ZEE5
For fans of investigative dramas, Paathirathri offers a suspense-driven story. Starring Soubin Shahir and Navya Nair, the film centres on police officers who find themselves trapped in a complex situation over the course of a single night. Directed by Ratheena PT, the film explores themes of morality, pressure and truth. After releasing in theatres last year and receiving mixed reviews, it now arrives on ZEE5 on February 20, 2026.

Lucky: The Superstar – JioHotstar
If you’re looking for something lighter and family-friendly, Lucky: The Superstar could be the pick. The direct-to-OTT drama revolves around a “lucky” puppy whose unexpected arrival changes the lives of several people. At the heart of the story is a child who gets caught in a political conflict, with the dog playing an emotional and symbolic role. The film stars GV Prakash Kumar, Anaswara Rajan, Devadarshini, Kovai Sarala and Motta Rajendran. It begins streaming on JioHotstar from February 20, 2026.

56 Days – Amazon Prime Video
Though not a Malayalam film, 56 Days may interest viewers who enjoy intense thrillers. Based on Catherine Ryan Howard’s novel, the story is set in Dublin during the 2020 COVID-19 lockdown. A chance meeting between two strangers leads them to move in together, but 56 days later, a shocking discovery sets off a criminal investigation.

The film will stream on Amazon Prime Video from February 18, 2026. It is also available in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi, allowing it to reach a broader Indian audience. Stay tuned for more updates!
