Directed by Mukul S Anand, the star cast included Amitabh Bachchan, Govinda, Kimi Katkar, Shilpa Shirodkar, Anupam Kher, Danny Denzongpa, among others.

Originally named 'Enthiran' in Tamil, this movie is a visual delight with star performers like Rajinikanth, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in lead roles & AR Rahman with his brilliant soundtracks. On the release date, 'Enthiran' was dubbed in Hindi & Telugu, and were titled 'Robot' & 'Robo', respectively. In 2010, it became India's most-expensive film, and character 'Chitti' (played by Rajini) became a household name.
