Cannes diaries: Aishwarya defies selfie ban, poses with Eva Longoria

CANNES: Bollywood star Aishwarya Rai Bachchan clicked a selfie with Hollywood actress Eva Longoria at the red carpet of the 68th Cannes International Film Festival, defying the ban imposed on selfies during the event.

Aishwarya, 41, rocking an emerald-green Ellie Saab gown, posed with Longoria, 40, who dazzled in a midnight blue gown with a structured train.

The actresses, who are brand ambassadors of L'Oreal Paris, seemed to have got along well with each other.

The duo did a shoot for the cosemtic brand and had fun afternoon together on set.



Aishwarya has been a regular at Cannes and her 14th appearance at the red carpet saw her joining international beauties Longoria, Salma Hayek and Parker Posey.

The "Devdas" star will unveil the first look of her Bollywood comeback vehicle "Jazbaa" with director Sanjay Gupta at the event tomorrow.
