A job candidate's honest answer regarding timings during interview turned out in his favour
Employers generally do not look down on people who work two jobs at the same time. However, one man left the interviewer highly impressed when he revealed during the interview that he intends to work two jobs. An X user Akshay Jain revealed that one candidate stated that he would be working from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. What surprised the interviewer, however, was the revelation that this would not be his only source of employment. Alongside the proposed role, he was already committed to another job that occupied a significant portion of the remaining hours of his day - 7:00 am to 11:30 am.

The demanding schedule immediately caught Jain’s attention. Balancing two professional commitments simultaneously is challenging for most people, requiring exceptional discipline, endurance, and time management. Curious about how the applicant managed such an intense routine without becoming overwhelmed, Jain asked how he was able to cope with the physical strain and mental pressure associated with maintaining two jobs.

The response offered a glimpse into the young man’s life and the hardships he had faced. He explained that managing multiple responsibilities was not something new to him. In fact, he had been following a similarly rigorous lifestyle since his school days, beginning around the time he was in Class 10. What might seem exhausting or even impossible to many had become a necessity for him over the years.

His answer highlighted a reality that often remains unseen behind resumes and interview conversations. Many individuals carry burdens and responsibilities that force them to mature quickly and work far harder than their peers. Financial pressures, family obligations, and personal circumstances can shape lives in ways that demand extraordinary resilience from a young age.

In the comment section, Jain revealed that he had hired the candidate and he would start working with the organisation soon.
