Cameron Diaz's NYC condo is up for sale at $4.25 million

Cameron Diaz has put up her colourful Manhattan apartment for $4.25 million. The 43-year-old American actress’s Greenwich Village compact condo measures 1,400-square-feet and is home to two bedrooms along with two bathrooms as well as a wood-burning fireplace

Her listing agent stated that Diaz used the home as her Manhattan residence. The actress paid $2.95 million for the pre-war 12th Street home in 2008 and got it completely renovated by enlisting West Coast interior designer Kelly Wearstler. The house of the Bad Teacher boasts furniture from various time periods as well as vintage light fixtures and mirrors. Since it is south-facing, the apartment gets a lot of bright light, which is accentuated by the mirrors.
