Why did it take 22 years to realise that she is incompatible with Sohail Khan? Here's what Seema Sajdeh tells matchmaker Sima Taparia

On Friday, the second season of Netflix's Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives premiered, giving viewers more drama, rumours, and glitz. Sima Taparia, the well-known matchmaker from Mumbai who appeared in the previous season of Indian Matchmaking, makes another appearance in the new one.Sima appeared on the programme to help Seema Sajdeh, who recently divorced her spouse Sohail Khan. In 1998, the couple got married, and they now have two kids. Sima Taparia was aghast when Seema Sajdeh joked about being interested in girls when she was asked about the cause of her divorce by her.

Sima Taparia questioned Seema Sajdeh on an episode of Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives about how long she had been apart from Sohail and the reasoning for her choice. Seema revealed that she and Sohail had been living apart for the past five years, citing that their views are not really similar as the cause of their split.


Sima Taparia then enquired that after 22 years they came to know their perspectives were not the same in response to this. Seema, who was uncomfortable with the question, confronted Taparia, who kept urging people not to give up on partnerships.



Seema told Taparia that they were following her formula because they were both trying on their relationship. They indeed did make an effort together.

Seema continued that the circumstances change when they have kids. Maheep Kapoor then questioned Taparia about if Seema could need someone who could comprehend her crazy, to which Seema cut her off, saying, that maybe she prefers ladies. Taparia was speechless by her remark. When Seema noticed the response, she remarked that she was kidding.

Later, Seema Sajdeh said in her piece for the camera that Seema was horrified. When I asked her that, she believe Seema was beginning to perspire a bit. Even when Maheep begged Taparia to find Seema an ideal match for marriage, the matchmaker replied with a straight face that she doesn’t do it.
