Mira Rajput celebrates 28th birthday with husband Shahid Kapoor in style. Check out what happened

Mira Rajput, wife of popular Bollywood star Shahid Kapoor, on Wednesday night, celebrated her 28th birthday in style on September 7. The actor’s parents Pankaj Kapur and Neelima Azeem, Shahid’s brother Ishaan Khatter, Sanah Kapur, Farhan Akhtar and wife Shibani Dandekar, as well as a large number of other friends, attended the celebration. Following a jam-packed evening, the birthday girl posted several stories on her Instagram account emphasizing the joy she had.

Sarvesh Sashi, Mira Rajput's yoga instructor, first posted the images. Later, Mira decided to repost those photos on her social media account. In one photo, Mira and Shahid Kapoor are seen posing together, while in another, Mira is seen extinguishing the candles. In another photo, Mira is seen reading the dinner menu and had a sassy caption for it.

Mira celebrated her birthday in style and did not hesitate to make a fashion statement by donning a black outfit. While the woman of the hour wore black, her guests were dressed in white apparel. Shahid joined her as well, wearing a grey shirt and white jeans.


Online videos from inside Mira Rajput's birthday party showed the couple smiling. In one of the videos, Shahid and his guests can be seen dancing to the hit song "Ilahi" from the Ranbir Kapoor starrer movie Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani. On the dance floor, Shahid and his brother Ishaan Khatter could be seen imitating each other's movements. In addition to the family, Riteish Deshmukh, Genelia D'Souza, and the newlywed designer couple Arpita Mehta and Kunal Rawal were there.

Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput got married in 2015 and have two children, Misha and Zain.
