The trailer for the upcoming action movie Vikram Vedha was released on September 8, and the reactions from fans have been largely positive. Hrithik Roshan, the lead actor in the highly-anticipated movie along with Saif Ali Khan, posted a video on Instagram thanking those who watched the trailer of the movie.

Preity Zinta commented that she was eagerly waiting to watch the movie, while Sonali Bendre commented that the trailer was amazing. The Bang Bang star’s mother, Pinkie Roshan, also commented on the post, wishing her son good luck.


Vikram Vedha is based on the 2017 Tamil film of the same name, which featured Vijay Sethupathi and R. Madhavan. The movie was a blockbuster, with both actors receiving critical praise for their performances. Like the Tamil version, the Hindi version will be directed by the married couple

In the trailer, the 48-year-old Krrish has done a phenomenal job of adapting Vijay’s iconic character and giving it his own twist. The psycho criminal can be seen locking horns with the brave-hearted police officer, with gut-wrenching violence in the backdrop.

Vikram Vedha will debut on the big screens on September 30. He will be next seen in Fighter, which is currently in production. Saif Ali Khan is currently working on Adhipursuh, based on the Ramayana.
