Brad Pitt's Bullet Train races to peak of Box Office

Bullet Train had a strong start at the box office with sales of $30.1 million tickets during the weekend. The movie is Sony's last major summer release.

Hollywood actor Brad Pitt's action flick "Bullet Train" is having a dream run at the global box office. Trade analyst David A. Gross said that Brad Pitt's presence in the movie would ensure that the film is a massive success worldwide. The American actor plays the role of a professional assassin on a train with plenty of other Japanese killers. The action star leads a cast including Channing Tatum, Sandra Bullock, Bad Bunny, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, and Joey King.

Interestingly, David Leitch has directed Bullet Train and is Brad Pitt's former stunt double. He has made a name for himself in action film.




Bullet Train had a strong start at the box office with sales of $30.1 million tickets during the weekend. The DC League of Super-Pets by Warner Bros. topped the box office last week and slipped to second place this week, bringing in $11.2 million from Friday to Sunday.

Nope, Universal's horror movie took in $8.5 million. Jordan Peele is involved in the film and could possibly be a reason for a boost in ticket sales. The domestic gross for the sci-fi film is just under $100 million.Daniel Kaluuya stars in the movie.

The fourth place went to Thor: Love and Thunder, which earned $7.6 million. Chris Hemsworth plays the lead role as the massively strong space Viking. He fights for his ex-girlfriend, played by Natalie Portman. The family-friendly movie, Minions: The Rise of Gru, nabbed the fifth spot with $7.1 million.

It has been a good summer season for Hollywood, and business has been suitable for all types of movies. The audiences have loved all the movies and have come in huge numbers to watch their favourite movies and stars.
