Bengaluru’s richest villa Epsilon flooded, billionaire Gaurav Munjal rescued in boats
Epsilon's most affordable villa costs Rs 10 crore. A 1-acre site is said to cost Rs 80 crore, though the price can increase depending on the size of the land.

The persistent rain in Bengaluru and the ensuing flooding have caused significant hardship for the citizens of India's Silicon Valley. Even though the impoverished have been the most negatively impacted by the situation, the extremely wealthy have also been impacted.
Epsilon, a private community where millionaires like Byju Raveendran, co-founder of Byju; Rishad Premji, chairman of Wipro; Varun Berry, CEO of Britannia, and Abhinay Choudhari reside, has been submerged.
A modest villa in Epsilon reportedly costs Rs 10 crore. According to estimates, a site of one acre would cost Rs 80 crore, though the price might go up depending on the size of the property.
Videos of the submerged gated neighbourhood with luxury automobiles drifting in the floodwaters have been shared on social media.
