Actor Aamir Ali opens up about his failed marriage, access to daughter

Actor Aamir Ali has openly discussed how his nine-year marriage to fellow actor Sanjeeda Shaikh left him in shock. In a recent interview, Aamir addressed the claims that he wasn't allowed to meet their daughter Ayra. Additionally, he said that he has no contact with his ex-wife Sanjeeda.

The couple set the screen on fire with their sizzling on-screen chemistry in the popular show "Kya Dill Mein Hai" from 2007, Aamir Ali and Sanjeeda Sheikh became well-known.

In 2012, after several years of romance, the couple tied the knot. However, things took a drastic turn, and the couple divorced in 2020 and they have a child.

According to sources cited in a report, Aamir and Sanjeeda's split is related to the actress' alleged affair with her Taish co-star Harshvardhan Rane.

Why is Aamir Ali not allowed to meet his daughter?
According to several media outlets, Aamir Ali has been refused access to visit his daughter for the previous 10 months. When asked about it, the actor said, "I don't want to discuss it since it's a delicate subject. I don't want to play any cards, but unfortunately, guys are usually always blamed for wrongdoing. When it comes to anything involving my personal life, I've always observed respectful silence. I should have respect for someone I've known for such a long time. So I'm going to stay silent."

Aamir Ali added, "I wish my ex the best and I don't hold any grudges. My friend, it's a secret life. The pandemic provided me with plenty of opportunities to reflect. I started to concentrate on the benefits, whether they were related to COVID-19 or my strained relationship."

Aamir Ali admitted as much in an interview with the Times of India. "It was quite challenging at that point." My marriage fell apart, and I am now single (I was shaking). I'm a sportsman at heart, therefore I persevere despite everything. I've always been a happy person, so it makes me happy to be back to that. I wish my ex the best and I don't hold any grudges. Please live a covert existence. Everyone ought to be happy since everything happens for a reason.
