The most difficult thing about eating in Italy for Burgeon Law founder Roma Priya was not being able to try everything.
Last year, the founder of Burgeon Law visited the European nations of Greece and Italy.
Roma Priya, founder of Burgeon Law, is a travel lover. The law firm boss visited Greece and Italy last year. Both places helped her sample some delicious food and see some interesting sights.
Sharing interesting anecdotes from the trips, she told ET Panache, "I visited Plaka in Athens, Greece, which is a very beautiful place with countless restaurants to eat at, placed right at the foot of Acropolis of Athens. I also went to Santorini which has these famous restaurants that served whole fish which is basically a massive fish drenched in Greek flavours."
Travel has been a teacher for Roma Priya.
With the Greeks eating about five meals a day, it was nearly impossible to do for Priya. "I got a chance to try their local delicacies like grilled meats, olives infused with olive oil, the lip-smacking fresh feta cheese and honey and baklava to say the least. I visited Metaxi Mas where I got the chance to try the authentic Greek flavours," she said.
The most difficult thing about eating in Italy for the Burgeon Law founder was not being able to try everything. "I happened to like the regional delicacies like lasagne, pasta, pizzas, polenta, risotto, truffles etc. I am an avid coffee drinker and I absolutely loved trying the authentic Italian roast coffee which was highly fragrant and flavourful to have. I also devoured various flavours of gelato as no trip to Italy is complete without the gelato," she added.
