BTS’ V & IU’s 1st collaboration ‘Love Wins All’ achieves #1 position in Korean charts; MV was shot ahead of Taehyung’s enlistment
Within moments of its release, the song dominated global iTunes chart and achieved a picture-perfect ‘All-Kill’ status in South Korea.

In a behind-the-scenes video, V aka Taehyung treated fans to some trivia about the MV. A footage of the pair’s adorable off-screen chemistry was also shared.
The MV became even more poignant to fans as V revealed that he had shot the music video days before joining the military. “I promised ARMY that I would shoot a drama or a film, but I couldn’t do that. I was upset for not being able to what ARMY would have wished to see. I am trying to leave as much stuff before I leave (for the military). So, I think they will be able to have some fun stuff while waiting,” he explained.

Released on January 24, the soulful sound track became a chartbuster in no time. Within moments of its release, the song dominated global iTunes chart and achieved a picture-perfect ‘All-Kill’ status in South Korea. It reached the numero uno position on all major South Korean charts such as Melon, Genie, Bugs, Flo, Spotify, VIBE etc.The MV has also garnered over 3.7 million likes on YouTube.
Before release, the song was criticised by some queer/LGBTQ fans as they thought the title was a gross appropriation of an iconic Pride parade slogan.
