Canadian singer Bryan Adams may sing that he wants to be 18 till he dies and in a way, he still is. He tells ETPanache, “If I had to give my teenage self some advice, it would be to work my a** off on the road.”

Given the song’s popularity, the staff on then president Ronald Reagan’s campaign trail thought it might be the perfect track for his 1984 re-election campaign, but it was rebuffed by Springsteen’s team.
