Brick Game Free, but costs Rs 180 for ad-free version
Before smartphones, gaming fans like us had to rely on the popular brick game (portable game consoles were around but were frightfully expensive).
The brick game came in various avatars but at its essence, it was a cheap, plastic electronic game powered by AA batteries. It had a monochrome LCD and a bunch of simple games like Tetris, car racing, tank, snake and Brick Breaker. Well, if you want to revive old memories (or just experience this blocky sensation for the first time, as the case may be), you can just download Brick Game by developers Perseus Games. It mimics the design and sounds of the original but gives a choice of colours/themes.
A couple of modern touches include customisable vibration, leaderboards and the ability to switch between clock/anti-clock rotation.
