Break is a unanimous decision: One Direction
LONDON: One Direction will be going on a two-year hiatus in March next year and the boys say it was an "unanimous" decision.

The British group said past few years had been crazy for them and they all just needed a break from their busy routine, reported Digital Spy.

"Yeah, I think we are all on the same page. We know how intense it's been and could do with a little break," said Louis Tomlinson.

The first thing that Liam Payne wants to do is spend time with his family.

"We all do the songwriting thing and that is going to be the thing that keeps us within doing the stuff that we love too. It's just the stage we have to miss," he said.

Niall Horan dreams of travelling a little bit and Harry Styles would like to confirm has not yet recorded a solo album.

The band said the break won't be forever though, with Louis suggesting they "give it 18 months" and see what happens.
