Bookmyshow.com CEO Ashish Hemrajani offers free movie coupons to Amazon India head Amit Agarwal

Call him the movie Santa Claus, especially with Christmas season coming up.

Bookmyshow.com founder Ashish Hemrajani extends his introduction by offering free movie coupons to the newest blockbusters playing in theatres, and the ET Awards 2014 night was no exception.

Though his bid to offer movie tickets to the Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis was a noshow (“I didn’t get a chance to meet him,” Hemrajani told us ruefully), he did pass on the unusual gifts to Amazon India head Amit Agarwal.

The Bookmyshow. com CEO could not help chuckling over the fact that he presented coupons to the head of Amazon, famous for its own discounts.
