Bombay HC defers Vikas Bahl’s defamation plea to mid-Nov; woman reaffirms claims in affidavit

Affirming that she stands by her allegations, despite not pursuing the matter legally, the woman - who worked on the production house's 'Bombay Velvet' - said that"it would add insult to injury if my word is disbelieved", as reported by Mumbai Mirror.

The court has not issued any order yet, and will hear the case in detail in November post-Diwali.

Kashyap and Motwane had substantiated the claims by the former employee against Bahl, following which the 'Queen' director filed a defamation suit against the two.
