Recently, Bollywood actress and MP Kangana Ranaut has shared her views on the recent sexual harassment allegations made by Blake Lively against her It Ends With Us co-star and director, Justin Baldoni. Taking to Instagram, Kangana described the case as "worrying" and "shameful."

She also drew parallels with Bollywood, referring to the Hema Committee report, which highlighted similar issues faced by women in the Malayalam film industry. Kangana pointed out that in both Hollywood and Bollywood, women who refuse to compromise are often maligned, and their careers are damaged.
Blake Lively’s legal complaint
According to People, the lawsuit claims that Justin Baldoni engaged in inappropriate behaviour on set, primarily involving unconsented physical contact and invasive comments about Blake Lively's personal life. The complaint also details a series of text messages that suggest Baldoni and his PR team strategised to damage Lively's image, including planting negative stories about her.As per reports, Blake Lively's lawsuit also details emotional distress caused by Justin Baldoni on set. The filing alleges that Baldoni became upset after seeing paparazzi photos of Lively in character, retreating to her dressing room in tears over social media comments about her appearance. Lively tried to reassure him, explaining the photos were meant to reflect her character post-abuse. Additional claims accuse Baldoni of routinely criticising Lively's age and weight, degrading her in front of others. Tensions reportedly escalated to the point where an emergency meeting, involving Lively, her husband Ryan Reynolds, Baldoni, and executives from Sony Pictures Entertainment and Wayfarer Studios, was held to address the issues threatening the film’s production.
Justin Baldoni’s team has denied Blake Lively’s allegations, calling them false and an attempt to repair her reputation. They argued that the accusations were a response to the negative public perception of Lively, which stemmed from her own remarks and actions during the film's promotional campaign.
