Blackphone2 addresses all your privacy concerns
Silent Circle's Blackphone made the news last year and won awards for the idea that it brought to the customers. It uses a completely revamped version of Android, with an anonymous profile and a VPN-based browser, making it impossible to track your web traffic or maliciously penetrate your device. The second generation version of the handset has now gone up for pre-order in global markets with official release scheduled for September.

Critical vulnerabilities are patched within 72 hours of detection or reporting and updates come directly from Silent Circle, with no carrier delays or waiting periods." The phone comes preloaded with its own apps as well as third party apps that enable private, encrypted communication.

The pricing of the Blackphone 2 has been set at $629 which is roughly around Rs. 41,300, so you're expected to shell out a flagship level price for the device, which is justifiable given its credentials. While the company hasn't indicated its India launch yet, we're guessing it will ship out here without much trouble.
