Bisleri MD Ramesh Chauhan's fitness formula: Tennis at least five times a week
Chauhan said that he has been indulging in sporty activities for "at least 50 years now".

Giving us a peek into his sporting profile, Chauhan says, "Back in college, I used to do swimming, ice skating, play squash and golf. Currently I play a lot of tennis. I also go for regular walks to keep myself fit." Chauhan says that he plays tennis at least five times a week but has been indulging in sporty activities for "at least 50 years now". His passion, he adds, extends to his family members as well." We indulge in playing sports together as a family. Jayanti (his daughter) and my entire family have always encouraged and appreciated my love for sports," he says.
