This champion loves his waistcoats.
Billiards and snooker champ Pankaj Advani on how he believes in looking sharp.

My Style
I prefer comfort over everything else. I’m usually in my T-shirts and jeans or chinos while at practice. For an event, it is all about formal wear as I believe in looking sharp. I prefer full suits and bandhgalas depending on the occasion.

Must-haves
Classic white shirt, V neck T-shirts, a reliable timepiece, a versatile blazer and dark blue denims.

Prized possession
My black Tag Heuer Carrera watch is a timepiece that I’m extremely attached to. It never goes unnoticed.

Brand speak
Zara and Burberry for formal, semi-formal wear. Hollister and Forever 21 for casual wear.

Splurge
Shoes. One can never have enough of them. I don’t hold back when it comes to spending on shoes.

Accessorise
A watch, cologne, dress socks, black and brown belts, wayfarer sunglasses and a wallet.

Trend speak
I love my waistcoats as I wear them for matches all the time. I tend to experiment with them by changing designs quite often. I’m not a fan of shaped, geometrical beards. Natural stubble looks way better, provided it doesn’t look unkempt.

Celeb style
Roger Federer — his sense of style is casual and effortless. I would give Donald Trump an outer and inner makeover.
