From early-morning screenings to late-night shows, Nivin Pauly and Mamitha Baiju's latest film has been drawing audiences to theatres in large numbers. Nivin Pauly's film crosses major box-office milestones

Bethlehem Kudumba Unit has shown impressive growth during its second week. According to Sacnilk, the film crossed Rs 103 crore in gross collections in India and earned more than Rs 88 crore in net collections by Day 11.

The film also achieved a major worldwide milestone by entering the Rs 200 crore club. Its worldwide gross reportedly reached approximately Rs 205.20 crore by the end of its second Monday.

Interestingly, the movie's second-weekend numbers were significantly stronger than its opening weekend. The film earned a combined Rs 30.15 crore from its second Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

On the second Sunday, Bethlehem Kudumba Unit reportedly collected Rs 10.40 crore from 2,669 shows, registering an occupancy rate of 83%. The second Saturday brought in around Rs 10.20 crore from 2,641 shows at 82% occupancy. On the second Friday, it earned Rs 9.55 crore from 2,481 shows, with occupancy standing at 83%.

The film's opening weekend was comparatively modest. It began with Rs 4.90 crore on its first Friday from 1,507 shows, followed by Rs 7.15 crore on Saturday and Rs 8.80 crore on Sunday. The three-day opening weekend total stood at Rs 20.85 crore.

Strong overseas response adds to blockbuster run

The film's success has not been limited to India. Bethlehem Kudumba Unit has reportedly collected more than ₹102 crore from overseas markets, further strengthening its worldwide box-office performance.

In Kerala, the film has emerged as one of the major successes among the current theatrical releases. It has been competing with high-profile titles, including Prithviraj Sukumaran's Khalifa and Yash's Toxic, but has managed to maintain a strong presence among audiences.

Directed by Girish AD, Bethlehem Kudumba Unit features Nivin Pauly and Mamitha Baiju in the lead roles. Girish AD and Kiran Josey have jointly worked on the screenplay. The film is produced by Bhavana Studios and Fahadh Faasil & Friends, with Dileesh Pothan, Syam Pushkaran, Fahadh Faasil and Nazriya among the producers.
