A pair of young professionals living in Bengaluru recently attracted widespread attention online after posting a video that revealed the lifestyle and amenities available in the residential complex where they live. The couple explained that they pay around ₹60,000 each month to rent a two-bedroom apartment in the upscale housing society, and their video offered viewers an inside look at the facilities available within the community.

The clip, uploaded on Instagram, features the duo guiding viewers through different areas of the property while describing what everyday life there is like. The residents, Radhika and Ekansh, both work as product managers in the city’s technology sector and decided to showcase the environment of their housing community through a detailed walkthrough.

During the tour, they highlighted that the residential development consists of 23 towers, each positioned with considerable distance from the others. This layout creates large open areas between buildings, giving the entire complex a spacious and breezy atmosphere. Although such expansive spacing may initially appear excessive, the couple shared that this very feature is one of the aspects they appreciate the most about living there.

As the walkthrough continued, the pair moved across landscaped sections of the property filled with trees, flowering plants, and well-maintained greenery. The open grounds provide enough space for children to play freely and for residents to organise community celebrations during festivals and special occasions.

Another section of the tour focused on the swimming facilities within the complex. The property includes three separate pools—one designed for adults and two intended for children. According to the couple, spending time by the pool during weekends often feels like a short holiday because of the relaxed atmosphere created by the surroundings.

Beyond leisure facilities, the society also offers a range of everyday conveniences within walking distance of the apartments. Residents can access two grocery outlets, a pair of salons, a stationery shop, and a store that sells organic products. Several of these businesses even provide delivery services directly to residents’ homes.

The couple also showcased the clubhouse, which contains both indoor and outdoor recreation areas. The space includes a restaurant and bar, and on certain days it screens major sporting events, temporarily transforming the venue into something similar to a sports lounge.

One particularly unusual feature of the complex is a small guest hotel within the premises. While the couple admitted they were not entirely sure how frequently it is used, they described the idea as an interesting and unique addition to the community’s amenities.
