A Bengaluru-based CEO revealed how bottled water restored him to health
Siddharth Dialani, the chief executive of BharatAgri, recently opened up about a noticeable drop in his concentration levels after relocating to Koramangala in Bengaluru. Having shifted from Mumbai around 2016–2017, he soon realised that his ability to engage in intense, uninterrupted work had weakened significantly. Tasks that once required focus and mental stamina began to feel increasingly difficult, leaving him struggling to manage stress and maintain productivity.

As this decline became more apparent, Dialani began experimenting with various lifestyle adjustments in an attempt to restore his efficiency. He cut down on caffeine, hoping it would calm his system and improve clarity. He also made a conscious effort to spend more time in sunlight, believing that natural exposure might help regulate his energy levels. In addition, he intensified his fitness routine and even removed milk from his daily diet, assuming dietary changes could make a difference. Despite these efforts, none of these interventions delivered the improvement he was seeking.

The impact extended beyond his professional life. Dialani noticed a shift in his overall well-being, including a reduced enjoyment of food, which further highlighted that something was off balance internally. Determined to find a solution, he continued exploring ways to reset his system, but results remained elusive.

The turning point came unexpectedly during a business trip. While staying at a hotel, he consumed only packaged drinking water instead of his usual source. To his surprise, he quickly began to feel more energetic, and his digestive health showed signs of improvement. This sudden change made him reconsider the role of something as basic and often overlooked as water quality in his daily life.

After returning, Dialani decided to adopt bottled water as a permanent part of his routine. Over time, he experienced consistent improvements in both his energy levels and gut health. He shared that it has now been several years since he made this switch, and he continues to rely exclusively on large bottled water containers, which he finds both effective and reasonably priced
