LOS ANGELES: Veteran actor Ben Kingsley is all set to star in " An Ordinary Man", a thriller from writer/director Brad Silberling.

The 71-year-old 'Gandhi' star, will play a war criminal in hiding, who begins to form a relationship with his maid, played by Icelandic rising star Hera Hilmar, said The Hollywood Reporter.

Enderby Entertainment will produce and finance "An Ordinary Man". Principle photography is set to begin next week on location in Belgrade, Serbia.

The Oscar-winner will also voice "The Jungle Book's" panther Bagheera, in Jon Favreau's upcoming animated reboot of the classic children's tale.
