'Baywatch' actress Pamela Anderson reacts to her 'The Naked Gun' co-star Liam Neeson's love confession
When Liam Neeson expressed admiration for Pamela Anderson, she responded by describing him as "the ideal gentleman" on set. Known for his role in Love Actually, Neeson had high praise for Anderson, referring to her as an “exceptional” co-star.

Neeson plays Drebin Jr. in the future film The Naked Gun, which is presently scheduled for release in 2025. It is assumed that Neeson is the son of Frank Drebin from the 1988 film. Although Anderson's part has not yet been made public, it is certain that she will appear in at least a few scenes alongside Neeson, who disclosed his experience working with the Baywatch star in an interview with People.
In response, Anderson praised Neeson as an actor who 'brings out the best in you' and not only that but does it 'with respect, kindness, and depth of experience'. The 57-year-old said Neeson 'sincerely looked after' her, recalling moments where he 'wrapped his coat around [her] when [she] was cold,' resolving he's the 'perfect gentleman'. She added: "It was an absolute honor to work with him." While Neeson was worried whether he could pull off comic scenes, Anderson was quick to assure him. The actress branded Neeson 'humble' and said: "It was hard to keep a straight face in scenes together."
The reboot is based on an original story written by Seth MacFarlane with the screenplay co-written by Akiva Schaffer, Dan Gregor, Doug Mand, Mark Hentemann, and Alec Sulkin - Schaffer having directed the film and MacFarlane and Erica Huggins producing. The Naked Gun is currently reported as being set for release by Paramount Pictures on August 1, 2025.
