'Batman v Superman' trailer officially released

LOS ANGELES: The official teaser trailer of " Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" arrived online a day after its leak.

Director Zack Snyder released the trailer via Twitter, saying it was "not blurry, not pirated".

Starring Ben Affleck as an older, weary Batman and Henry Cavill as the Superman, the trailer shows off the Caped Crusader as flies and drives through explosions before, armored, staring down Superman and asking him whether or not he bleeds. "You will," promises Batman, said the Hollywood Reporter.

The movie follows up on the events of 2013's "Man of Steel", with Cavill and Amy Adams returning as Superman and Lois Lane, respectively.

In addition to Affleck, the sequel also introduces Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor and Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman.

The movie will be released on March 25, 2016.
