The highly anticipated Bollywood romantic comedy, Bad Newz, featuring Triptii Dimri, Vicky Kaushal, and Ammy Virk, has now arrived on Amazon Prime Video. Bad Newz is a spiritual sequel to the 2019 blockbuster Good Newwz, which starred Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Diljit Dosanjh, and Kiara Advani. While the earlier film focused on the comedic mishaps of two couples dealing with in-vitro fertilization mix-ups, Bad Newz takes the concept of complex pregnancies to another level.


The story of Bad Newz delves into the rare and intriguing concept of heteropaternal superfecundation. The plot centers around Saloni Bagga (played by Triptii Dimri), a woman who finds herself pregnant with twins from two different men—her ex-husband, Akhil Chadha (Vicky Kaushal), and her new lover, Gurbir Pannu (Ammy Virk). The ensuing drama and emotional turmoil drive the narrative as the characters navigate their complicated relationships.
