At Hollywood Walk of Fame event, Nick Jonas & Priyanka Chopra's daughter Maltie Marie makes a debut

It was a big day for pop rock band Jonas Brothers - Kevin, Joe and Nick - when they received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Monday.

However, the 'Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle' star's one-year-old daughter stole their thunder at the grand event.

On her first public appearance, Maltie Marie was at her playful best, sitting on actress-mommy Priyanka Chopra's lap at the event.

Besides Chopra, the ceremony was attended by the better halves of Joe and Kevin - 'Game of Throne' star Sophie Turner and Danielle Jonas, respectively. PeeCee's mother Madhu Akhouri Chopra was also present at the event.

The Jonas brothers thanked their family, friends and fans for their success over their 18-year career at the ceremony, held on Hollywood Boulevard.

The 40-year-old took to Instagram to congratulate her hubby on receiving the star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. "So proud of you my love! Congratulations," she captioned a picture and the video.

In a short video, the 'Careful What You Wish For' actor thanked his wife for being 'the rock in the storm'. "You are the calm, and the crazy ... and I love being married to you. It's the greatest gift. I love being a parent with you," he added.

The 30-year-old singer also addressed her baby girl in the video. He said, "Malti Marie, I can't wait to come back here with you in 15 years and embarrass you in front of your friends."

Malti Marie turned one on January 15. Last year, the couple welcomed their first child via surrogacy and surprised their fans.

Jonas Brothers, formed in 2005, rose to prominence following their appearances in Disney Channel's series 'Jonas' and became popular through their albums such as 'It's About Time' (2006), 'Jonas Brothers' (2007), and 'A Little Bit Longer' (2008), among others.

After a short hiatus to pursue solo projects, the Jonas Brothers reunited in 2012 to record a new album, which was cancelled following their break-up in 2013. Six years following their split, the group reunited with the release of the hit song 'Sucker'. Their fifth studio album, 'Happiness Begins', was released in 2019.
